Chris grew up along the coast of Adelaide and has always been driven by the 'power of food'. The essence of his interest stems from a facination of the nutritional benefits and emotional effect good food can have.
Always aspiring to work in wineries and restaurants, and moving to the region in 2006, brought opportunities to work in different kitchen environments from that of The Seacliff Beach Hotel. The Salopian Inn and now Woodstock, sees Chris working with Nigel to whom he credits much of his knowledge and experience to. He is wildly passionate about all the Peninsula has to offer especially the array of excellent quality produce which are available from season to season.
